The same Secret Saviours Band shown on a model at 2, 3, 6 and 9 months of pregnancy — designed to grow with your bump

Designed to grow
with your bump

Our Band and Brief are made with four-way stretch fabric that gently adapts as your bump grows. Most customers wear the same size from around week 12 through to birth — though some choose to size up in the third trimester if their bump grows quickly.

  1. A

    Bra — over bust

Under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust. Don’t measure over a padded bra.

  2. B

    Bra — under bust

Just under your breasts, snug against the body.

  3. C

Bump — at the widest point

Usually around your tummy button. Use this for Band, Brief, Shorties and Leggings.

  4. D

Hips — at the widest point

Feet together. Only needed for Shorties and Leggings.

About the snug fit

The supportwear is designed to sit snugly so the Derma Dot™ pads stay in close contact with the skin. When you take it off at night, you’ll see a light imprint from the pads on your bump — that’s how you know they’re doing their job.

C-SECTION BRIEF FAQ

  • When can I start wearing the C-Section Brief?

The C-Section Brief is designed for postnatal recovery. When you begin wearing it will depend on your individual recovery, so always follow the advice of your midwife or healthcare professional.

  • Will the brief rub against my C-section scar?

The brief has an ultra-soft, high-rise section designed to sit comfortably over the incision area and help minimise rubbing against a sensitive or healing scar.

  • Can I wear the brief with maternity pads?

Yes. The C-Section Brief features a wide gusset designed to comfortably accommodate postnatal and maternity pads during the early stages of recovery.

  • Can it help keep silicone scar tape in place?

Yes. Once your incision has fully closed and your healthcare professional has advised that silicone tape is suitable, the soft fabric can help keep it comfortably covered and in place. Silicone tape is not included.
